There's something about Sara that we absolutely love - her kind spirit, willingness to trust us and all-in attitude to upgrading her style was such a pleasure to work with. With three little ones at home this 'cool mom' learned how to dress her petite frame while upgrading her wardrobe in a major way with the Capsule Edit. We're just a little obsessed with Sara's California cool look (picture above) that her stylist created for her.

What’s your style?
Casual, preppy, classic.
Why did you try Ready Pretty and how has it helped?
This past winter I remember wandering through the mall, looking to update my wardrobe but feeling overwhelmed. While I used to love shopping with my mom growing up, I realized I didn’t like the hunt anymore—and I didn’t have time or patience for it either. Then when a stylish friend showed up at my door, I asked her how she had time to shop, work, do the mom thing, she told me her secret: Ready Pretty.
From the very beginning, Ready Pretty was a great experience. My stylist really listened to me in terms of my needs and my budget. Within a week, I received my email full of picks—some picks I loved from the moment I saw them and some that had to grow on me (and they certainly did!). What I love about the pieces is how they all fit into a bigger wardrobe; they aren’t just items that stand alone. And it’s also changed the way I look at future purchases: not getting seduced by a sale, but really, how it fits into my wardrobe. I feel like it was an education: a fun, invigorating one. I can’t recommend Ready Pretty enough.
What's your favorite Ready Pretty pick?
My favorite picks are the ones I was initially unsure about: the white New Balance sneakers and leopard print belt. While they took me out of my comfort zone, I trusted my Ready Pretty stylist. And I’m glad I did, because they have become my go-to pieces.
After a long day how do you like to unwind?
Wine, book, screened in porch
If you could meet any woman for lunch who would it be and what would you order?
It would be a luncheon, and I would invite my female powerhouse students throughout my 10+ years of teaching. It would be everything to have all of them in one room, these girls-turned-women—so smart and clever and strong—and see who they have become. I would order up some hugs and laughter and celebratory champagne.
