Run by Sanem, a woman who always worked in the fashion industry but wanted to be her own boss, Sanem ensures that the shopping experience at her boutique is all centered on you. Using her vast knowledge of fashion through observing everyday people and growing trends from her experiences travelling, Sanems offers clothing that is not only on trend, but also is extremely wearable.
Mulberry & Me
Ever wanted to whisk away to NYC and just shop for hours? Mulberry & Me’s founder Jana Zacek knows exactly how you feel, so she did something about it. Growing up on Mulberry St in New York, Jana wanted to bring the NYC boutique vibe to Chicago, and did exactly that with Mulberry & Me. Mulberry & Me has a versatile set of wardrobe options, and what we love about them is that they have all the great basics without making them look basic at all! Definitely a great place to stock up on sweaters and such for this season!
We love supporting our local community and entrepreneurs, which is exactly why we love Milk Handmade! Founded by Hallie Borden, Milk Handmade set out to be a creative outlet for Hallie and other Chicago designers. It is a boutique that supports local independent designers from the Chicagoland area, creating an environment full of a multitude of styles and options, where you are guaranteed to find something you love!
Self described as strong, confident, and effortless, Parker James is a boutique that is geared towards the motivated woman looking to be in charge and control of her life and success. With pieces that help you look ready to climb the ladder of success, as well as pieces for a fun night on the town, Parker James has a wide variety of looks perfect for women who are all about making their own brand.
Gigi BOTTEGA is a boutique that started off in Bloomington (they now have a store in Evanston as well), specializing in couture looks and selections for modern women of all ages. With a focus on high end pieces, gigi BOTTEGA ensures all its clothes are wearable, on trend, and also affordable.
Alice & Wonder
Want to look good on a budget? Alice & Wonder is the place you NEED to shop.. After owner Ali Reff moved to Chicago, she often struggled with the expenses of living in the city, and her need to feed her love for fashion with shopping. She then founded Alice & Wonder, a boutique focused on cute, fun, and quirky clothing and decor that is still wearable without being too over the top. And the best part? Almost everything is under $100!
Mod & Ethico
Mod + Ethico is a clothing and lifestyle boutique that focuses on sustainability, fairness in the production of products, and functionality. This boutique is all about comfort and minimalism while still creating a look that fits the lifestyle of a busy, modern woman.
FELT is a boutique located in Logan Square with a wide variety of collections from both well established designers, along with new, up and coming talent. FELT houses everything ranging from eclectic, attention grabbing pieces as well as some more minimalistic and modernized ones. The variety they have ensures there’s something for everyone!
Moon Voyage, a boutique located in the heart of Wicker Park has an aesthetic that founder Susie Lee says “is reminiscent of an edgy New Yorker meets a laid back Californian”, and we would have to agree. The pieces tend to be laid back and casual, but with a bit of a kick that make them everything but boring; a very cool fusion of two styles that most people would never put together!
A boutique that houses a meticulously picked collection of both nationally recognized designers, as well as some new designers from Chicago. p.45 has a large range of products that may look very different, but they all carry the same timeless characteristics that make them great staples to any wardrobe.
Do you have a favorite Chicago boutique that we missed? Tell us in the comments!
